I want what’s best for my clients in the long term, and I believe that’s empowering them to take control of their own well-being. Active movements, such as full range-of-motion strength training, often outshine passive therapies like massage for long-term muscular health.

That said, I’m a firm believer in massage therapy’s power, especially for immediate needs. I help clients achieve significant pain relief and improved range of motion after a remedial massage session—often seen immediately, though sometimes it can take up to two days for full effect—which brings me great joy and highlights my ability to support those in need. I also love seeing relaxation clients struggle to get off the table after a deeply calming treatment—it’s proof of the power of relaxation.

I’m passionate about teaching clients remedial massage-style techniques like trigger point therapy with a massage ball. This empowers them to find relief whenever they need it—whether after hours or when a massage isn’t an option. My goal is to help them feel self-sufficient, though I know some will still need my firm pressure—hard to replicate solo with a ball—to those hard-to-reach spots, always within their comfort level, of course!

I’m fascinated by health and wellness and constantly seek new ways to enhance my well-being and performance. Barbell strength training, trail running, mountain biking, and near-infrared sauna sessions are my go-to activities for staying fit and strong. I keep up with the latest studies and innovations in the field and love sharing my insights and experiences with others.
